In sports marketing it is important to know what marketing means and why it is important to satisfy customers. First, Marketing is the creation and maintenance of satisfying exchange relationships. Maintenance means marketing must continue as long as a business operates. To know how to market is important because its your main business operation in the sports marketing business. It is very important to satisfy customers because if you don't satisfy them then they won't come back to your business. Customer's needs should be the primary focus during the planning, production, distribution, and promotion of a product or service. To satisfy the needs you need to perform 3 activities. First, you need to identify customer needs. Second, you need to develop products that customers consider better than other choices. And finally, you need to operate a business profitably.

Sports marketing is using sports to market products. Such as, Tiger Woods. He is the symbol of Gatorade. Now people want to buy Gatorade because of Tiger Woods. The first step in marketing a product to any audience is a determining the target market. A target market is a specific group of people you want to reach. In order to promote and sell products and services, a company must know the needs and wants of the target market. The strategies in sports marketing is also important. In today's competitive market, product's/service planners must be creative and two steps ahead of everyone else. Promotion is developed to attract the attention of the target group. Marketing strategies used by planners include sports logos on clothing, creation of new sports, gross impression and perfect timing.

Entertainment plays a big role in sports marketing. If there is no entertainment, no one will pay attention to what you have to say about your product. Entertainment will always be looked at as a product marketed. Entertaining a crowd is what it is all about in the sports marketing business because you have to keep the attention of an audience. Entertainment has to be worth someones time because they are viewing and buying whatever you are selling. Recreational marketing is what is renewing your body to amusing activity. Some examples of recreational marketing are golf, tennis, bowling and hiking. Which are all keeping the body amused. Recreational sports marketers entice people away from home-based entertainement.

My summer went great. I went on vacation to Miami, where my cousin lives. We went to the beach and went shopping. We also had a big slumber party with all of our friends & cooked out then an hour later we ordered pizza. We also went to the movies to see Funny people. It was hilarious. It was about this guy working for a famous comedian.
Then i went to Wet N Wild for 2 days and went on the rides accept Stuka and Bom Bay. Those are the rides that drop straight down. I also went on this ride called Disco H2o. You are in closed and drop far and then go in this Circe thing with disco lights and music. But my favorite is called the Black Hole, your in closed and its a giant slide doing spins and whipping you around.
I also stayed at a hotel, Perry's. It's really pretty, they have 3 pools and a hot tub
One pool is on one part of the hotel and the other pool is located at the other end. Then we have the pool that is located inside. It's really beautiful inside, there's palm trees and red lights that heat the inside. It goes from 4 feet to 7 feet. Its really up kept and the house keeping and maids are always coming around to clean up.
I spent a lot of time with my friends, for example, Allura. I spent the night at her house one night and stayed two days. She has a pool and a slide that goes into it. We went swimming and slid down the slide. I almost fell off. We also made water balloons and hit each other.
